Spicy Kimchi Mayo Sandwich

This sandwich is super easy to make so I won’t go over the boring ass part of how to make a sandwich. Let’s be real, the star of this show is the kimchi mayo. I used a napa cabbage kimchi but feel free to use whatever kimchi you like or have in the fridge. Dice it up into small pieces and mix it with some good quality mayo. I like using sir kensington or kewpie cause they’re my favorites. Then just spread this over some toasted bread and start assembling your sammich!

I used some classic stuff in mine. Some ham and turkey with a helping of your usual fixins like lettuce & tomato but feel free to drizzle this mayo onto some crispy fries or mix it into some potato salad. The flavor is endless and so are the possibilities!
