About US

1.) Who are the three hungry bellies?

Three Hungry Bellies are made up of me and my two cousin Nicole & Pedro. I supply endless amounts of food and sweets while they give me feedback on all my recipes. They also give me inspiration for new ideas and great recommendations for all things food and life.

Couple things you should know about me:

I'm 22 years old and I grew up in NYC.

My cravings need to be satisfied because they never go away. They only become stronger.

Watching mukbangs late at night is my kryptonite.

I have been making recipes and menus since I was a little kid.

I'm allergic to apples but the last apple pie I made when I was little was the best one I ever had.

Couple things you should know about Nicole:

She may be skinny but she can and will out eat you. I've seen it happen multiple times. You should see her on Thanksgiving, she's an absolute beast.

She LOVES eggs and bread. Breakfast is obviously her favorite meal.

She loves her plants, especially the vine-y ones.

Big avocado pits make her mad.

She is 1/2 owner and mother to Riley, the cutest and lovable golden retriever ever.

Couple things you should know about Pedro:

He loves ramen noodles. He can eat them everyday, even in the summer.

He is an industrial designer! He literally makes everything.

He makes his own kombucha and gave me a scoby to start my own. SEE! He really does make everything himself!

He's allergic to chocolate :o

He is the other 1/2 owner and father to Riley!

2.) What kind of camera do you use?

The camera I use is a Nikon D3000 with a AF-S Nikkor 18-55 mm lens.

My favorite appliances that help me create all my recipes!
Cusinart: It was a birthday present I got that I use all the time to make doughs, smoothies, sauces, & during the holiday it has a permenant place on my counter
Cast Iron: Comes pre seasoned, ready to use after a quick wash and makes some great eggs in the morning! Along with searing meats, toasting bread, & you can't forget corn bread!
Kitchen Aid: Literally a bakers best friend. It comes with a glass bowl so taking photos is a blast. Its really an investment but one worth making!
